• Lead the system design, development, and deployment of new growth-related features
• Inspire and guide a team of software developers throughout the project life cycle
• Play a significant role in analyzing and designing technical solutions
• Facilitate planning sessions, drive stand-ups, assign tasks, and set project priorities
• Collaborate with department stakeholders to prioritize new product features and concepts
• Oversee the planning and execution of software development projects for on-time, high-quality delivery
• Actively participate in development tasks such as writing code, pair programming, and code reviews
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical oversight to team members
• Recruit and train new talent for organizational growth
