The Evolution of Pixieset
2013
Launched our first product: Client Gallery. This product changed the industry in terms of photography workflows. It was designed to be a better way to do digital delivery, proofing and photo sharing.
2014-2017
Through relentless innovation and new feature releases, Pixieset became a dominant company in the space of client galleries.
2018
We had always wanted to do more for photographers and creatives and add the "Pixieset magic" into every stage of a photographer's workflow, so we began pursuing our new all-in-one Platform vision with 4 products.
2019
Launched our 2nd flagship product: Website Builder - the most fun and easy way to build a stunning photography website, portfolio or blog that stands out online.
2020
Launched the second version of Store - an online store and automatic fulfillment, making it simple for photographers to sell their photos online and earn more.
2021
• Acquired Flothemes, a leading provider in WordPress themes for photographers and creatives.
• Secured a growth investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity.
• Launched another flagship product: Studio Manager - The all-in-one CRM designed to manage bookings, take payments, and grow a photography business.
2022 - 2023
Added enhancements and new features for all 4 products: Bulk photo editing, premium albums and books, Flex Editor, bookings for video calls, and much more!
2024
Launched an all-new Client Gallery dashboard. New features include: folders for delivering multiple galleries at once, project management tools, email templates, and booking coupons.
2025
Major product expansion - launching mobile, payments, and AI features while continuing to scale our core product and user base.
2026
Currently launching another game-changing product: Photo Editor - a complete edit-to-delivery workflow that uses AI to help photographers consistently achieve their signature look.
