Senior Software Developer, Tech Lead

As our Senior Software Developer, Tech Lead, you are responsible for the overall technical output of the team, as well as the quality of a project’s technical deliverables. Key accountabilities include: leading a team of cross-functional software engineers on new projects; coordinating phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, code reviews, testing, and deploying applications; analyzing and designing technical solutions; leading planning sessions, stand-ups, incident responses, etc.; providing mentorship, coaching, and technical oversight to team members; collaborating with other department stakeholders in designing new product features and concepts; and participating in hiring activities for the team.
